What “The Most Reluctant Convert” is About
This movie is based on a stage play with the same title and it stars Max McLean as the Lewis in his middle age. According to McLean, “When we began working on our distribution of the film, we had a handful of theatres, mostly in major markets, with one showing on one day on November 3.” He went to say, “I am grateful to the tens of thousands of people who came out to fill theaters in almost every major city throughout the country, which has allowed the run to extend for this very important film!”
The movie mixes both drama and narration and it shows Lewis going back in time to watch key spiritual moments of his life. History has it that he switched to Christianity from atheism and grew to become one of the top apologetics of his day.
