Yes, the lady that who’s song “It’s okay” inspired millions around the world. She’s dropped out of America’s Got Talent Season 16 because of her cancer battles.
The artiste made the announcement via her Instagram account in August. According to her, she wasn’t getting any better and needed to bow out of the race.
Nightbirde’s amazing gift and her battle with Cancer
Jane Marczewski, popularly known as Nightbirde, stole the hearts of millions of AGT followers around the world during the auditions. It wasn’t just her angelic vocals but her positive attitude that enchanted the judges and audience alike. Prior to her audition, Marczewski explained her condition to the show host, Terry Crews.
According to her, she had a 2 percent chance of survival. While this might have seemed disheartening to most people, she saw 2 percent as a ray of hope. Over the last few weeks, her health hasn’t been as good and she’s had to drop out of the show. She wrote to her fans saying,
“Thank you for all your support, it means the world to me. Stay with me, I’ll be better soon. I’m planning my future, not my legacy. Pretty beat up, but I’ve still got dreams.”
Cowell pushed the Golden Buzzer after Nightbirde’s performance almost moved him to tears during the auditions. Fans all over the world were awestruck by her strength and positivity.
